There's somewhere in Panama City Beach,Florida that's sure to excite everyone's taste buds!

Panama City Beach, Florida, better known as the "Seafood Capital of the World",
is known for it's exquisit selection of fresh seafood caught right out of the Gulf
Of Mexico. From Captain Anderson's fine dining experience, to Pineapple Willy's famous
"Jack Daniel's BarBQ Ribs", there's something to please everyone's taste buds. Angelo's Steak Pit, where you can get one of the biggest, juiciest steaks you've ever put in your mouth,or Shuckums Oyster Bar where your bound to find a new way to eat your Oysters.

You can find many places where you can dine right on the beach, watching the sunset as you enjoy an excellent dinner with friends and family. Even if you're not into seafood, there's
tons of choices that are probably more familiar such as Longhorn Steakhouse, Tony Roma's Famous Ribs, and Applebees Neighborhood Grill. For those who stay up into the early hours
of the morning, there's at least 5 Waffle Houses to curb that hungar.

Be sure and check your hotel/condo lobby those travel guides. Many restaurants offer great
money saving coupons within those guides. Don't miss out!

Looking to avoid crowds? Try arriving at the restaurant between 5:30 and 6:30 for dinner, and you can expect much less of a wait. The crowds come between 7:00-9:00. Most restaurants have lunch specials which last until between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. They are usually much cheaper. For families on a budget, you can have a late lunch and save some leftovers for a snack later in the evening!

Tips for "tipping" in Panama City Beach; restaurants and other services

Hotel Chambermaid - $5 minimum a night
Room Service Waiter - 15% of bill

Bellhop - $1.50 - $2.00 per bag

Wine Steward - 15% of wine bill.
Bartender- 10-15% of bar bill.
Servers at counter - 15% of bill.
Coat Check Attendant - $1 for one or two coats.
Rest Room Attendant - $.50
Car Park Attendant - $1
Taxi Driver - 15% of fare, no less than $.25
Desk Clerk - None unless special service is given during long stay, then $5.
Concierge - $5-%10 Average. More for special services or favors.
Restaurant Waiter or Waitress - 15% of bill. 20% If it is a 4 star+ restaurant or for large parties.
Headwaiter/Maitre d' - None unless special services are provided; then about $5.

Parking Garage Attendant - $1; if attendant helps with luggage/packages then $5 is customary.
Parking Attendant - $10 to $20 each. Tip generously if you care about your vehicle.
